No, you cannot migrate from Chandigarh University to Panjab University, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, any other National Law University as these universities do not allow lateral entry into their LLB, BA programs. There are few rules that need to be follow when migratimg from one college to another in Punjab University.The candidate will submit a formal application for migration together with all necessary paperwork to the Chairperson, Directors, and Coordinators.The Board of Control of the relevant department shall confirm that at least 80% of the course material covered by the candidate in prior semesters is the sa
