No, SLSN is a relatively new college like the tier 2 NLUs, however, they have the NLU tag with them. Other than that, SLSN will charge a greater fee.

Yes, to avail the NRI reservations, you need to fill the NRI forms released by respective NLUs after the CLAT exam. The NLUs admit NRI students independently, however it is based on CLAT rank.

No there is no any fee concession available on the basis of your M.Com. However NLUs are providing various scholarship schemes to needy students. Few of them are given below. Please visit specific NLU website for more details.
