Yes the BA LLB at the West Bengal National University Of Juridical Sciences is better than the Faculty of Law.University of Calcutta The West Bengal National University of Juridicial sciences is a very good college it is one among top 4 law colleges and the faculty is also very good and knowledgeable and many of the professors have deep  knowledge on the subjects they teach and they are as good as the faculty of law at University of Calcutta which is the public university at Kolkata . The Placement Opportunities at WBNUJS are very good both for B.A LLB  and LLM For LLM students the placement opportunities are as below:As per NIRF report 2023, out of 82 students, 54 were placed during WBNUJS Kolkata LLM placements 2022. Earlier, out of 42 LLM graduates, 15 were placed during 2021 placements. From 2020 to 2022, an increasing trend was observed in the number of LLM students placed.

Admission to B.A LLB Program is solely based on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), currently conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The eligibility criteria for each year may vary and shall be as determined by the Consortium of the National Law Universities. The Five Year Undergraduate B.A./B.Sc.-LL.B. Programme is open to candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or an examination equivalent thereof. The admission is based exclusively on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)

Yes, you can get into The WB National University of Juridical Sciences with 60% in class 12th as it satisfies the eligibility criteria. In order to be eligible for admission in The WB University of Juridical Sciences, one must have a minimum aggregate percentage of 45 in 10+2. However, the selection process accepts CLAT score, 12th CBSE, ISE and WBCHSE. So, your admission to The WB University of Juridical Sciences is subject to the cutoffs and seat availability of the target year.

It is the best law college in WB, ranked at 4th in the country for a reason.Placements: There were 100% placements in the previous year for the batch of 2022. Top companies like Khaitan and Co., come for recruitment. Tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 law firms have also come for hiring. The highest salary package received was 60 LPA for the batch of 2022. Infrastructure: The library is well stocked and has books and materials for all courses of law. It also gives access to various famous online libraries like hein online, SSC India Kanoon, and Westlaw amongst others. Classrooms are well ventilated, have air-conditioners and it is huge. W
