It will cost you around 60000 Rs ( paid seat ) for law ph d in RMNL.
Admission is based on merit of entrance (70 %) and interview (30 %).
Cut off generally vary from 50 -60 % and depend on factors like UP quota and other reservation. Also you can appear for UGC NET for more options like BHU and DU etc.

As per the rules of CLAT, you have to qualify the exam which will hold in May 14, Last date to apply for this exam 31st, March 2020. Cut off depend upon the exam toughness, so don't worry and apply for CLAT.
