Candidates need to pass graduation in the relevant discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD) to apply for RGNUL PG Diploma course. Aspirants who complete graduation degree in any stream for prison personnel can also apply for PG Diploma course.

The total tuition fee for RGNUL LLM is INR 1 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Students need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university. On investing an INR 1 Lacs in the form of fee, the average package of INR 6 Lacs is offered to students. Besides, aspirants also need to pay registration fee for CLAT.

RGNUL provides scholarships to meritorious or financially-weak students. The university offers Foundation for Excellence Scholarship. However, students can also apply for scholarships offered by state or central government. Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law does not offers direct admission. Aspirants who wish to get a seat in BA LLB (Hons) or LLM need to qualify CLAT. For PhD, the university conducts an entrance test. The university conducts a written test of three hours of a maximum of 70 marks. The selection for PG Diploma course is based on merit of the apsirants in the last qualifying exam.
