There are a lot of good colleges. And NMIMS Bangalore is one of them. They have good faculty and the pedagogy is unique and excellent.

Your chances are highly unlikely. You need a score of over 175 marks at least for Hyderabad and 190 for Bangalore

If it is a full time course, you can get a decent placement. If you are doing it through part time, it will add knowledge and polish you in terms of presentation skills and team work. For job prospects, you won't get any benefit as part time MBAs do not have any placement support.
