Dear Pratik. after joining in some organizations they allow you to pursue your higher studies. it would be minimum two years of service. so be hopeful after experience you can choose best institution.

Candidates for MBA in universities abroad are evaluated by selection committees on multiple parameters. MBA Admission abroad will require a very high GMAT score, good statement of purpose, recommendation letters from renowned faculty and good academic records . Reputation of colleges/ university is an added advantage. You can work on above stated parameters to increase your admission chances.
