Minimum M.Sc. Microbiology eligibility is to have a B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of 50% or more from a recognised university to apply for the M.Sc. Microbiology course. Your MAT score is good and can apply for some NIT and top 50 B school like LPU/ Shooloni / Chitkara / Shiv Nadar, etc.
