For the B.Tech. program, the eligibility criteria in NIET are:Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.Valid score in the JEE Main or UPJEE or any other entrance exam accepted by NIET.
