As per the answers on the unofficial source, the most affordable post-secondary school in Nova Scotia is Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax. The tuition fee to study UG programs at MSVU will be between INR 6 Lacs – INR 12 lakh. On the other hand, to study graduate programs, the tuition fee range will be between INR 5 Lacs – INR 12 lakh.Check out the universities & colleges in Nova Scotia

International students whose native language is not English must submit the proof of English language proficiency. The university accepts the score of many English language exams and IELTS is one of them. The IELTS Academic (and IELTS Indicator) score of 6.5 with no band below 6.0 is the requirements for admission at Cape Breton.

Hello Cily, It's very nice to hear from you are interested in doing your graduation in Nursing from Canada. If you Google, it throws up many names. But then you will have to do lot of further research. I would therefore like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students for doing nursing course abroad / Canada. Cape Breton will fetch more money for sure and provides placement opportunity too unlike many Indian colleges. However you should consider if you will be able to pay for tuition there as even though cape Breton is cheaper compared with other Canadian universities, it is expensive than education in India
