The best book is "Key to Success Staff Nurses Recruitment Exam" authored by Narwal Abha. You can also study B.Sc Nursing Entrance Guide by Arihant Experts. These will be enough to crack B.Sc. Nursing entrance exams.

The session usually begins in July or August for new courses. Since you will give exam in September-October, then result will be out around December atleast. Hence, it won't be possible.

No, they will only take admission through NEET, no other examination will be held. Previously, they use to conduct their own entrance exams, like JIPMER and AIIMS, but now only possible way to get admission is through NEET. Hope it helps.
