Hello Shilpa, The eligibility criteria for foreign nationals is same as for Indian candidates but they are not required to appear in entrance examination. Their admission is decided on the basis of grades obtained in qualifying examination. However such candidates are required to fill the application form and route the same through diplomatic channel. Except for female candidates admitted in B.Sc. (Nursing) course, no hostel facility is provided to students of foreign origin.

Dear aspirant, Government college fees are very less, you can apply in such college. Fees of government nursing college : INR 8000 to 30,000. Hope it helps
