Yes, you are eligible to apply for admission in the BSc Nursing course at the Government College of Nursing, Guntur. This college's admission criteria state that a student must have completed the 12th grade in science from a recognized board. You need to have scored 45% in aggregate in intermediate, i.e., 12th grade, to be eligible for applying.
This college does not ask for any entrance exam score, and therefore you do not need to give any entrance exam like NEET UG for admission.
However, admissions are done on a merit basis as only 50 seats are available for the nursing course. As a result, a score of more than 70% is required to be sure of admission to the Government College of Nursing, Guntur.
