From what I believe u should start looking for colleges with B.Sc. Nursing and register ur name, after NEET result u can get admission through NEET marks also. Without NEET also you can get college for this course. Different colleges will have entrance exam so you have to pass them.

M.Sc Biotechnology Eligibility:The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in either Physics Biological Sciences or in any other related discipline, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Candidates must have completed their 10+2 level examinations with at least 50% aggregate score from a recognised board of education.

Hi. For candidates with Post Basic B.Sc. Degree minimum of one year of working experience is required prior to or after obtaining the degree of Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. After GNM one may register with State Nurse Registration Council as R. N. R. M. After this, one may work and gain some work experience. This qualification can be used to join B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic) programme offered by INC recognized institutes. After completing the B.Sc. Programme, one will be awarded a Nursing Degree. From published eligibility criteria, it looks that B.Sc. Nursing grads are not eligible for CSIR JRF awarded based on NET examination. Based on your educational qualifications, it will be difficult for you to clear Life Sciences subjects in NET examination.
