Hi Sabi,
There are 2 options-
1. You can do a 1 year Bachelor of Nursing for registered Nurses from UCOL. This is a 1 year course, and costs NZ$17065/-.
But to work as a nurse in NZ you will need to apply for registration with the nursing council of NZ. To obtain NZ registration as a nurse, you will need to undertake what is known as a Competency Assessment Programme (CAP) through a nursing school. (this can be done at UCOL).2. You could do a Bachelor of Nursing Degree for Overseas Registered Nurses from Wintec or EIT. This is a 2 years course. You will receive hospital placements during this course. Hi Thomas,
Unfortunately, it won't be possible for you to pursue nursing or any medical related field. Relevant education and qualification is necessary and you should be aware of this. Without a medical background and prior degree in a similar field there is possibility.

Hi Puja,
While plenty of options are there I will list out a few popular ones. This includes Massey University, University of Auckland, Victoria University of Wellington, Unitec New Zealand and Waikato Institute of Technology.
Healthcare profession is wide. You will find opportunities in hospitals which is a clinical practice and you will require a license and also other areas such as community education or in offices or schools as teachers.
