Admission to all the programmes is conducted under the guidance of Government of Telangana ( NEET score or merit based ). Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, also known as KNRUHS was established in 2014 in Warangal. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Medical Council of India (MCI). It has more than 160 government and private affiliated colleges. Presently, it offers UG, PG, super specialty and Diploma programmes under several branches, such as Health Sciences, such as Allopathy (Modern Medicine), Dental Surgery, Homeopathy, Indian Systems of Medicine and Paramedical.

The average package at Era University for a B.Sc. in Nursing is Rs 2,00,000 per year. The annual fees for the programme range from Rs 20,000 to Rs 95,000.  According to college-dunia, the average package at Era University is Rs 100,000, with a range of Rs 5–10 lacs per year.  This course is taken by 30% of the students. Rs 2,00,000 per year is an average package and the course is for 3 years. Many hospitals take our students after entrance. 80% got internships from our college.
