As per new rules you can join B.Sc nursing in any government college on the basis of NEET (ug) examination. After you appear NEET (UG) you can apply on the basis of your mark /cutoff mark in all India's B.Sc nursing college. Also Odisha BSc Nursing Admission is conducted by DMET Odisha. DMET Odisha offers admission to the BSc Nursing course based on the merit list of scores in the state-level Common Entrance Exam.

I’m sorry but I couldn’t find any information on the minimum marks required for admission to Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital for B.Sc. in Nursing with 31 marks in JENPAS UG exam 2023.
