The fee for Bsc nursing will vary according to the college you are planning to join. Government colleges are generally much more affordable than private colleges. The fee in private colleges will be in the range 50K - 1 lakh.

Yes, it is possible to get direct admission to the B.Sc. Nursing course without an entrance examination. You will have to satisfy some basic eligibility criteria. RV nursing college and MS Ramiah nursing college are examples of colleges that offer direct admission.
