If a student fails internal exams in Jindal School of Art and Architecture, they have to give a supplementary exam. All retake/improvement exams are given simultaneously with end-term tests. In the second month of the semester, the Examinations Office will send out an invitation for students to apply for retake/improvement exams. By completing the appropriate form and paying the required costs, students may apply.

The campus has a gym and various indoor and outdoor activities, as well as leisure amenities. Lawns, shrubs, and trees are all included in the fully manicured area. At the Jindal School of Art and Architecture, the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) is calculated by dividing the overall grade point average by the sum of the credit scores for all subjects. If your grade point average is a C and your credit score is a C, your CGPA will be calculated as (GPA*C) divided by a C.

Some of the helpful tips for students starting their first year at Jindal School of Art and Architecture-
Don't limit yourself to the classroom or the hostel, take the 75% attendance requirement seriously, and make sure you attend the 8 AM courses in the morning. Remember to keep an eye on the official JGU email because there are so many activities going every day that you risk missing important information if you don't. This might be anything from a sporting event to a guest lecture.

For catering and cleaning services, the University has contracted with Sodexo. This company will provide breakfast, lunch, supper, and any evening snacks for students, teachers, and staff. The greatest tools and state-of-the-art culinary facilities ensure that a broad variety of cuisines may be successfully made. Food is provided in sanitary settings. In the university's dining hall, food services are offered on a self-service basis. Only vegetarian dishes are served with the exception of eggs in some dishes.
