Yes, you can get a seat in Odisha University of Technology and Research, Bhubaneshwar.if you did not participate in OJEE counselling also.There are management seats are available through these seats you can get a direct admission it into but you need to pay more money tghan counseling seat.

Actually OUTR (Odisha University of Technology and Research) offers four type of courses, they are Regular Bachelor of Technology Programmes, Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Planning, Integrated M. Sc. Programmes. As this is a state government university, fees are very minimal and same for all courses. For general - INR 38,900For SC/ST - INR 21,900For OBC - INR 33,900These above fees are per year.

Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology is a private college which was established in 1998. HICAS Coimbatore is ranked 92nd by India Today 2023 for BA, 104 by India Today 2023 for BCom, and 109 for BSc by India Today 2023. HICAS Coimbatore has been ranked at 83rd position in the year 2023 for its BCA course by India Today. Being a private college, the facilities are quite good.
