PGDM, as the name suggests, is a diploma and not a regular degree. Its syllabus focuses on practical aspects of management and is very concise.
MBA is a regular Masters degree with benefits of both, being superior to diploma and being a PG course. Its course is also very elaborate. Hence, more merits mean more fee. Also, MBA students are placed more easily than PGDM.

In terms of infrastructure, I believe that Alliance does a much better job among any of its competitors.
Check it out here-https://alliance.edu.in/web/alliance-university-infrastructure.php.
For placements, this time Jain has some advantage due to the internal conflict in Alliance, which I assure you is over.

Alliance University is known for its MBA program, which is one of its kind. You can check it out here- https://bus.alliance.edu.in/
The average package for this year has been between INR 5 lakh - INR 7 lakh.
The internal dispute did create a lot of disturbance but now everything is perfectly normal. The management has taken care that student's life, education and career is in no way disrupted.
