Yes, according to a graduate from Cleveland State University it is safe to rent a flat in Cleveland and the area around CSU is somewhat broken and crime ridden. Renting a house poses some logistical challenges of managing heat, trash, furniture, internet, appliances and security. Yes, the MBA course requires the applicant's to have GMAT or GRE score. The average GMAT and GRE score of students applying for Ohio State university is 683 and 311 for GRE, respectively. However, the university wants it’s applicants to start the application process early. Allowing time will help the student prepare the application fully and help you devote sufficient resources thought each step without rushing yourself or those who will write your letters of recommendation as recommendations take time.
