Candidates applying for the OJEE exam, need to fill the OJEE application form and pay the application fee online. The candidates need to pay an OJEE application fee of INR 1,000. Candidates need to pay INR 500 for each additional course. This means, if the candidate is appearing for MBA as well as MCA, then they need to pay INR 1000 as the base fee and INR 500 for the additional course. Hence, the total application fee turns out to be INR 1500. The Special OJEE application fee is also INR 1,500. The fee can be remitted via Debit/Credit Card/Netbanking. Candidates are suggested that they must check the OJEE eligibility criteria before filling the OJEE application form and paying the OJEE application fee. 

It depends on your priorities and the colleges you have applied for. If you have applied for engineering courses and have got a seat through JoSAA counseling, then you may prefer to take that seat over the one you got through OJEE counseling. However, if you have applied for other courses like management or pharmacy and have secured a seat through OJEE counseling, then you may prefer to take that seat. In any case, it is recommended that you carefully evaluate your options and make an informed decision based on your interests, career goals, and the reputation of the colleges. Special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination OJEE is organized for all the applicants who missed the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Phase I exam and for filling up all the vacant seats in management, engineering, and pharmacy college. Candidates who wish to take admission through the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination but were not able to appear for the exam can apply through Special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination. Special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination will be conducted for admissions to Bachelor of Technology, LeTech (Diploma), LeTech (Bachelor of Science), Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Application, Master of Technology, Master of Planning, Master of Architecture, and Master of Pharmacy courses under Odisha Joint Entrance Examination. The second/Special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination exam will be conducted for admission to first-year courses in all private and government colleges in Odisha against the vacant seats left after the first round of counseling of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination and the candidates belonging to states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges, however, can opt for private colleges. Students who hold a rank in Odisha Joint Entrance Examination or Joint Entrance Examination Main, do not have to appear for Special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination.
