No, the OJEE exam is conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the state of Odisha. However, Special OJEE is an additional examination conducted by the OJEE Board for specific purposes. The Special OJEE is typically held to fill vacant seats in engineering, medical, or other professional courses in colleges and universities in the state of Odisha.Therefore, the OJEE and special OJEE application forms are different. The Special OJEE application forms are usually released after the OJEE exam result is announced. Candidates who wish to take admission through the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination but were not able to appear for the exam can apply through Special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination. Special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination will be conducted for admissions to Bachelor of Technology, LeTech (Diploma), LeTech (Bachelor of Science), Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Application, Master of Technology, Master of Planning, Master of Architecture, and Master of Pharmacy courses under Odisha Joint Entrance Examination. 

The candidates who have successfully registered for the OJEE exam by filling the OJEE application form and paying the complete OJEE appliation fee before the deadline are eligibile to download the OJEE admit card. If the candidate has not paid the application fee, then they will not be eligible to download the OJEE admit card. Hence, the candidate must have completed the entire OJEE application process in order to download the admit card. The candidates must note, that the OJEE admit card will have correct details only if they have filled the application form with correct and true information. If there is a discrepancy in the admit card, students should immediately contact the examination authorities.

The OJEE admit card is one of the most important documents which is to be carried to the exam hall. The OJEE admit card will be treated as the entry ticket to the centre.  To ensure that a candidate doesn't use proxy candidate for taking the exam, admit card and original photo ID is checked at the exam centre.
