Yes, an average Indian student from tier 2/tier 3 cities can join Oklahoma State University, they must meet the admission requirements. They need to have a high school GPA of 3.0+ (based on a 4.0 scale) and English language proficiency exam scores. Nov 1, 2023, is the application deadline for Spring 2024 for international students. Once your college issues you a Form I-20, you may begin the process of applying for a visa. Although you can pay the SEVIS fee at any time during the application process, it is recommended that you do so prior to beginning the process of applying for a US visa. You can finish your DS-160 visa application when you've paid the SEVIS fee and received a receipt. An online application form is used. The application fee for a visa is USD 185, or INR 15,343.9. You have to make an appointment for an interview with the American Embassy or Consulate in your country after paying the application fee for a visa.
