Changing from an offline BCA to an online BCA after the first year is possible contingent on the rules of your current university /college and/or the programme /University you want to transfer to. However, credit transfer is possible if both the concerned institutions are recognised and their curriculum followed is parallel. But you should discuss with your current institution and the online BCA provider on the transfer policies, the application process and the eligibility into the program. For the DU LLB entrance exam, you must possess your Bachelor's degree (Bachelor) with recognised University, in fact, BCA online degree holder of Manipal University Jaipur. So for applying, there is no restriction that who should apply for the entrance exam only thing required is you must have completed your Bachelor's degree before the entrance exam.

Both distance BCA and online BCA are BCA courses that you can pursue in different modes of education. Though BCA course in regular mode is the more popular the distance and online BCA courses are also gaining popularity. A distance BCA course is a course wherein you do not have to attend lectures and you can directly appear for semester exams. In online BCA course, you attend online lectures and even your semester exams will be conducted in online mode.

MGKVP BCA admissions are entrance-based. Students seeking to apply for the programme are required to pass Class 12 with the relevant subject from a recognised board. Additionally, they need to secure a valid score in the accepted entrance exam i.e., CUET to get admitted to the MGKVP BCA course. In case a candidate fails to clear the entrance test with a valid score, they can explore other options to pursue their preferred course. According to the Jiwaji University BCA admission criteria, candidates scoring 45% in Class 12 are eligible to apply for BCA admission at Jiwaji University, Gwalior. The university accepts students based on a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Hence, a students who has score less than 60% in Class 12 boards can apply for the course. However, application does not guarantee admission. Students will be shortlisted on a merit basis. Those who are not able to secure a seat at the university can check out other colleges and universities offering offline and online BCA courses.
