Well, Pune University doesn't provide distance online courses for MBA. There are plenty of good colleges in Pune that provides like Symbiosis University. So, go for them.

When you are thinking about Distance programs, there is no point of MAT score as Distance Programs are not required Entrance test.

You are not eligible for MBA programme. You have minimum 50% in graduation for general candidate and 45% for reserve candidates to do MBA programme either online, part time or full time.
1st of all complete the graduation.

You'll be eligible after your B.Tech. The eligibility for admission to 2-year MBA (except MBA in Hospital Management): Any degree from a recognised university under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 or 11+2+2 stream.
