Yes you can do it. But both courses you can't do as full-time. So you better to choose one course from distance education and other course as full-time.

Yes, of course, you are able to do that. But, if you are a Bachelor and doing B.Ed to be appointed in a teacher's job then it's not a good choice. Distance or correspondence B.Ed is only for working teachers. Job as a teacher, you must do it regularly and from a recognised university. If you want to do government. There are plenty of courses available online and the cost for such courses from top rated universities are generally above 1 lakh . but you save a lot in the sense that you don't have to travel or live in those countries. but always enquire directly with the institution and not with any third party providers
