Yes, CITC offers Computer Basics courses ( BCC ) and CCB - Certificate in Computer Basics (CCB)  free of cost to help students learn the basics of computers. These courses cover computer fundamentals, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Internet. However, the certification of the course may have a fee applicable. For this free course, the student's account will be activated without paying any course fee.

Yes. WBJEE JECA counselling is held online. All qualified candidates will have to visit the official website to register for the counselling process. No other mode will be used to conduct the counselling of WBJEE JECA. All details have to be submitted correctly online as the candidates will not be given chance of edit/correct their details.
