Both the things are completely different, so you need to make a pros and cons list to clear your thoughts. As per my knowledge you should do full time MBA, because there you learn a lot more things and also your experience will also get counted in so many colleges.

The course duration for regular mode is 6 months, while 3-months for fast track. The course pre-requisite is 10th or equivalent. The course fee is about Rs 5900/- (With books).
