Hi,Typically for MBA abroad, applicants are required to have atleast 2 years of work experience and must take the GMAT, IELTS or TOEFL as these are also required for proof of English language proficiency. You must also have a decent grade in your Bachelor's degree. The requirements may be rigid or slightly flexible depending where you want to apply.

You need to first find an institute that provides and allows students to take dual specialization. Definitely, you can take such kind of dual specialization. It would be helpful for you to get a job in finance as well as operation.

PGDM in operation is best suited for your profile. Mostly operations need work experience which you have so it is an advantage for you. Aim for best institute to like NITIE Mumbai.
