Sir since, you already have 10 years of experience then the better option would be to go with MBA as it will give you a career growth. B.Tech will give you only technical knowledge which you already have as you are working in operations field. By pursuing MBA, your qualification and knowledge will upgrade for a better career growth. You can also pursue Executive MBA for better opportunities and save time.

It depends upon your interest. To be honest, there is no relevance between two specialisation, you can rather take MBA in HR and Marketing as combination which shall suit you well.

ASB is a recent college but placements are just average especially into operations, roles offered are good but visiting companies are less hence, offers have been less with an average salary between 3-5 LPA.
