There is no such thing as best specialization in MBA. Every course is special in its own way. What matters is your interest and from which institute you are doing your MBA.

I would suggest you to check Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), it is known as finance and banking B-school and is at par with IIMs in finance and banking. The biggest advantage is 100% placement. Its top recruiters are investment banks like:
1. Credit Suisse.
2. JP Morgan.
3. SBI Capital.
4. HSBC and many more.
So, to start your career in banking, then go for IIMs or IFMR.

It depends on your qualification. If you are an engineering graduate then engineering management is preferable. Both the courses are beneficial for you because operations management and engineering both are related to engineering and project management. But operations management also has subjects like retail operations and others which is not related to any engineering. So engineering management will be a better option. Also, if you are not from engineering background then go for operations management.
