IBMR placements are not considered very good. IBMR Gurgaon has a bad reputation for placements. So, you may consider some other college.

It depends upon which college you are enrolling in. There are many colleges in India that offers MBA/PGDM Distance Learning MBA, and also PGDM, but not all institute provides a good quality curriculum that is worth employable. I am doing an MBA from IMT CDL and can tell you they are providing a good curriculum. If you are planning to do distance learning PGDM then you can enroll in IMT CDL. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. The highest package offered for the management programme is INR 21 LPA.
