Hi,
Greetings of the day. For a faster career growth, do opt for MBA/PGDM from a good B-school. Your experience will help a lot. If you are looking for B Schools in Pune, there is an Institute in which currently I am studying, so if you want any details do contact me.

Try to get placed in a multinational company. Get a fair experience on your job profile. If you get placed in a multinational company like Infosys, EY, KPMG, etc. they have offices across the globe. There you can try for an onsite job. Otherwise get experience and try for a job visa with the help of a consultancy.

Hi,
I guess Mumbai does offer IT but not operations. Pune offers operations, though I don't have enough idea about Pune.

You can do PGD course from Amity University or Annamalai University, as both are internationally valid and PGD takes 1 year. So, it would be a better option if you go with any university from these two.
