IFQ, based out in Pune encompasses a number of courses to achieve the Six Sigma Certification. IFQ provides a number of courses which includes the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Pune. Six Sigma, in a word, is basically a training focused on problem-solving techniques and facilitating decision making. The Six Sigma training certification would enhance the ability to achieve better customer satisfaction, both internal as well as external. The courses are specially designed to provide students with knowledge about the fundamentals of Six Sigma, Learn Management Concepts, TQM, etc. The courses are of particular significance to students of engineering and management background and that of commerce streams. Already, over 400 students have been part of this training programme from Manufacturing, IT and KPO sector. The process of achieving the ASQ Green Belt Certification of Six Sigma is as follows:
In order to get the certification done, one should at first enrol himself/herself for the Six Sigma Green Belt Training programme at IFQ. IFQ would then be preparing the candidate to finish off the projects at the workplace under the guidance and supervision of IFQ experts. The candidate would also be aided with at least 2 Quiz Practice Sessions for the examination. The candidate's preparation for the ASQ Green Belt examination would commence at the correct juncture. Once the training for Six Sigma ASQ Green Belt is attended by the candidate IFQ would assist the candidate in completing projects related to ASQ Green Belt certification. After that, the participant would be appearing for equivalent examination of ASQ Green Belt certification which is conducted by the institute. This examination would follow the same pattern of ASQ certification. This would then be followed with a few practice sessions of ASQ Green Belt exam. Most of the students who take training from IFQ generally clear the exam in the first attempt.
