As others have told already, MMS Operation is a pretty new and specialized course. There may not be much demand in the industry at present compared to others. But if the placement is good then it will very beneficial in future.

I would like to provide you with an honest answer. In most of the cases, people who had experience in operations choose operations as their majors during MBA programs. Now, there are few who would like to shift their career stream from operations and opt for marketing. An advantage of this being; a person might be well aware of the making of product or service. Hence he or she could sell it well. Please don't get me wrong. Every job pays well provided candidate has required credentials. So, think through and decide.
Best wishes.
