OPJS university is good on the basis of its fee structure but it is not that much good to pursue journalism and mass communication. Placements are considered to be average and the recruiters are less. On the other hand, IEC university offers 3-years full-time course in journalism and mass communication. It offers all the kind of facilities from friendly faculty members to all the technical equipment. Yes, M.Phil is a valid degree as per UGC norms. It is a Doctorate degree offered for a full time duration of 1 year.

Yes, you can do. This is two years duration course and the minimum qualification for the course is 12th pass. The fee per year is about Rs. 80000/. The MHTCET is an engineering entrance test of Maharashtra for admission in various engineering colleges situated in Maharashtra, hence the benefit of the rank could not be considered here for this course.
