After almost six years you want to resume studies. Great indeed. You can take up any course out of the lot you mentioned and there are enough employment opportunities. Work hard and you will succeed.

You can't compare as both are different fields and both have good scope as well. Testing is required in almost every company. Database is core part of any big application. I would suggest you to take more efforts in database as you can move to testing later on also but it is not possible that if you opt testing now and want to make career in database after some time.
