Admissions at CUTM Bhubaneswar Campus will both be through entrance-based admission and through merit basis with respect to the programme under which admission is sought. Most of the admissions for Undergraduates and postgraduate courses in B Tech and MBA follow entrance exams like CUEE, JEE Main or CAT while entrance-based admissions shall be accepted, and for all other courses shall be eligible based on merits of a candidate appearing from the qualifying examination. Better to surf the site related to university for further guidelines on admissions.

North Orissa University (NOU) is certainly a better institution located at Mayurbhanj in the state of Odisha. More so 'best' is relative, but here are certain reasons as to why NOU is different: with an extensive range of offerings (60+ UG, PG and Ph.D. level programs). Its strong faculty-to-student ratio, coupled with modern infrastructural facilities, makes it a preferred option. NOU has gotten:- NAAC 'A' grade accreditation- NIRF ranking (101-150 band)- Approved by UGC, AICTE and NCTE. Thus it's very good option for considering.
