You can't just join IISER Berhampur right after finishing 12th grade. There's a process you need to follow. You have to go through a series of steps and meet certain requirements to be eligible. Look into the details about admissions at IISERs. They usually have several rounds of counseling where you can apply if you meet the criteria. If you've done well in JEE Mains, you might be able to get into IISER Berhampur. But, remember, you can't directly join without following the specific admission rules.

IISER Berhampur doesn't consider CUET scores for admission. Instead, they accept KVPY and JEE Advanced scores for the BS and MS Dual Degree program. For Ph.D. courses, candidates should qualify in exams like NET, GATE, UGC-JRF, CSIR-JRF, DBT, ICMR, or NET. Additionally, there is a written test for Ph.D. Physics admission.

Berhampur university is the best in orissa as it is one of the oldest university which is NAAC accredited with and A grade. The university offers many Ug and Pg courses. In total of 28 courses are offered in this college. The median package offered is also good as 4.2 Lpa by top compnaies like Genpact, Tcs and Infosys.

Tuition fees for post graduate Diploma course in journalism (English and Hindi) is around 87,000 INR exclusing library and student welfare fees. The grand total comes to be around 96,000 INR. For PGD course of journalism in native languages like Marathi, Odia, Urdu, Malayalam, The tuition fees is 47,000 INR. Grand total is around 56,000 INR. Hostel fees are not included in above grand total. Hostel fees is around 40,000 INR. The fees seems to be very high but it is affordable when compared to other private colleges in terms of mass communication.
