NISER, Bhubaneswar offers scholarships and rewards to deserving performers, but it does not explicitly state providing 100% scholarships. The institute provides a limited number of scholarships to full-time candidates based on merit. Candidates who excel in their academic performance and secure high percentiles in entrance exams are eligible for scholarships. While NISER, Bhubaneswar supports deserving students through scholarships, the availability and extent of financial assistance may vary based on individual merit and performance.
