Hi. No. you can't get direct admission to Osmania Medical College MBBS course without NEET. The College only accepts admission strictly through NEET-UG score ranking and no separate admission test for taking admission. Admission in MBBS programs is granted based on marks scored in the NEET UG exam which is held by NTA. National Exit Test (NExT) is a combined single-window exam for MBBS students to qualify for admission into postgraduate courses as well as to obtain a license to practice medicine in India. The exam is to be held in two steps to check the theoretical and practical knowledge of candidates. Once implemented, NExT will replace multiple exams including NEET PG and FMGE.Thanks

Admission Criteria:
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. Candidates must have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission. Admission to the BPT course at Osmania Medical College is based on the rank obtained in the NEET exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates must register online for the NEET exam on the official website of NTA.
Fees:
The fees for the BPT course at Osmania Medical College are subject to change every year. As of 2021, the fees for the BPT course are approximately INR 11,000 per annum. Entrance Exam:
The entrance exam for admission to the BPT course at Osmania Medical College is the NEET exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NEET is a national-level entrance exam that tests the candidate's knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The exam is conducted in a multiple-choice format and consists of 180 questions. The duration of the exam is three hours.
