No, it will not be possible to pursue M.Tech from Osmania University as the university takes admission through GATE exam and you will be not be able to meet the age criteria.

I am afraid that you may not be eligible for this. Normally, all states have reserved lateral entries to the students of their state only. I only hope at least in future, a student in any corner of India would be eligible to seek admission in college anywhere in India.
