Mostly, distance education for MBA is not worth investing time or money. But it's your time and money so. Some government distance MBA colleges in Telangana are:
1. Osmania University (PGRRCDE - Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education).
2. Kakatiya University (SDLCE)
3. Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU)
I'm afraid that there aren't any more government colleges which provide distance education for MBA in Telangana.

Just go through the basic concepts of the b.com syllabus and some of class 12th also. Practice past years question papers or buy a test series online to practice more and more. Further, you can buy some good books like Arihant's M.Com entrance guidebook, etc.

Just log on to the official website of Osmania University and then go to admissions tab. The admission process usually starts in the month of April, every year.

Hello Chellingi,
Psychology is a special subject. A student needs to know many things/aspects about the subject before he / she is ready for PG. Hence even though you have done MBA you are presently not eligible. You should do graduation first and then you will be eligible.

Yes and No, but try counselling if you're not OC open category and maybe you can get a seat in either OU or JNTU. I got TSICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat and I was OC. But yours is 460 rank so there might be a better chance of getting a seat in those colleges. All the best and don't miss out on counselling, because you may get lucky.

If you apply for B.Tech from management quota, then you are not eligible for scholarship. If you want to be eligible for scholarship, then you have to apply via entrance exam. Best of luck.
