Hi,Eligibility:
I. Persons having the following minimum qualifications shall be eligible for appearing at OTET For Category-A (Paper-I): Higher Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (CT or D. El. Ed.)

The minimum eligibility for OTET is 2-year teaching Diploma/degree. Then, you are not eligible for it.
