You must hold a Bachelor's degree with very good grades and must have at least 2 years of work experience and must submit GMAT or GRE scores. The application process is online, you must submit the online application form before the recommended deadlines along with your academic transcripts, MBA essays, test scores and recommendation letters. You have to very very good in your academics to get into a university like Oxford. More than 75% is expected. You must also take the IELTS. Check Oxford website for IELTS requirement. The applications to UK universities are submitted through UCAS website. You will find everything here including deadlines -

If you want to study Bachelor's degree then you must complete your 10+2 and you must be very good in your studies. If you are planning to study after class 10th you can check colleges under the University of Oxford. Check this link:

Are you comparing universities of Oxford and Glasgow? If yes then it makes little sense since Oxford is amongst the top 10 universities in the world. University of Glasgow is a well-ranked university as well and a top one in UK but when it comes to world ranking it is Oxford or even Cambridge.
