Hi Harshit,
All of these are world's topmost universities and students are expected to be very academic in nature. 75% is the minimum recommended. The more percentage you have, the better it is.

They admit highly brilliant students, the best of the best, and look for students who can contribute to the university and the society. In addition, different programs and departments have different admission requirements. Apart from academics, you must also have a lot of extracurricular activities. The universities you want to target are some of the world's most competitive and selective. These universities don't have any scholarship test, once you apply you will be automatically considered. But the problem is most of these will offer scholarship on the basis of your financial background plus your profile. You must be extremely brilliant. Coming from SC category won't give you any special consideration, it's all merit-based. If you have not checked any of these university websites its high time you start checking the website and try to understand what kind of students they take in. Prepare accordingly.
