Merit score and selection procedure are the major criteria to be looked upon for taking admission to Pandit Deendayal Energy University.The applicant has to appear for all the two components: - Written Exam and Personal Interview to qualify for the Merit List. Candidates should have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. The marks are relaxed to 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

Yes, it is possible to get admission to Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) without GUJCET. The university offers admission to undergraduate courses through JEE Main scores. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 45% aggregate and have a valid JEE Main score are eligible for admission to the B.Tech program at PDEU. Banaras Hindu University is a prominent law university. Even it has got nice infrastructure and some good faculty. But it doesn't hold that great placement records. It has a low placement rating as compared to other government colleges.The 2023 placement session of PDEU concluded with 90% of the students placed. Over 100 companies participated in the recruitment process.

Placement record of petroleum batch is really good. Now about the number of students placed, it solely depends on you and your performance in academics as well as field work. But those who get placed get very good packages from ONGC and Reliance.During 2023 placements, the overall placement rate stood at 90%. More than 100 companies participated in the placement session and offered the highest package and average package of INR 38 LPA and INR 6.5 LPA, respectively.
