With 86 percentile, you won't be able to get CSE in IIIT. Still you can get some government colleges of your state.

Yes, you can get admission in CSE with rank 774 in PDEU as the last opening category is 700 for taking admission in PDEU and as you have not mentioned the category either open or SC OR ST, then I am supposing it is open and I have given answer on the basis of it.

Dear Aagam, Both LPU and PDPU are good private universities. As far as I know, LPU does not offer petroleum engineering and I have no idea about this programme at PDPU.
