Eligibility criteria for admission in M.A in English: Minimum 50% required in graduation. Candidates with 45% marks in English as a subject in graduation are eligible to apply or B.A(Hons.) in English or B.Sc(Hons.).

For BBA and B.Com, it is very simple, they have a mass recruitment and campus placements for high academy toppers, but salary packages are not so good. It is around INR. 1 Lacs to INR. 2 Lacs per annum. So, I will recommend you will choose better University than Punjab University for BBA and B.Com, if you want to get a good job.

It is nice to see your enthusiasm to study Bachelor of Engineering, in spite of completing your Diploma in 2014. To take admission in MBA (HR) you need to score 85+ percentile (if not falling in any quota) in CAT. After that you have to face one round of GD (group discussion) & PI (personal interview). So about ease of getting into an MBA programme in Panjab University, Chandigarh you just need to score well in CAT.

No, you will not be eligible for M.com.
Because you need to complete your graduation in B.com.
Only a B.com student can apply For M.com.

*The candidate must have a recognised first degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline from Panjab University with at least 50% marks and with Mathematics at 10+2 or at graduation level (all three years) and should be from Punjab university only.
*Candidates who are applying for CET-PG 2018 should not be less than 21 years of age.
